Matteo Tronchin is a London-based composer who specialises in writing music for TV, film, and advertising.

Matteo studied guitar and composition at Lizard Music Academy in Florence before continuing his music studies at BIMM London, where he graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Popular Music Performance in 2019. 

Matteo continues to work on many projects with OUT/STANDARD music licensing. His credits include the Mercedes-Benz films 'My Father’s Dream: Blind Mechanic Drives Car for the First Time in His Life’ and 'Lewis Hamilton and the VISION EQS: What Really Counts'.

In May 2019 Matteo was hired by Dooley Records, a music label based in Abbey Road Studios, to write string arrangements on three tracks for David Fernandez’s upcoming debut album. The recording session took place in Studio 2 with a nine-piece string section.

Matteo is a co-founder of Embrace Studios Ltd, an independent production company now working on ‘Saul’s Dance’ - an animated short film based on the drawings of Cosimo Miorelli. Matteo is a creator, executive producer and music composer for the film. The team members' credits include the likes of InterstellarHarry PotterIn The Heart Of The Sea, and Avengers: Endgame. Matteo looks forward to Saul’s Dance being released and submitted for film festivals worldwide in 2022.
